    Process Engineer

    to perform quality process engineering design services in a professional manner so projects are implemented that meet or exceed our customer’s satisfaction for schedule and budget.
    * Flow diagrams and specifications will be developed in accordance with customer requirements, Company standards and specifications, and Federal, State and Local regulatory agency requirements.
    Mass balance calculations will be developed and provided to the customer for review and confirmation of project production design criteria. These documents can include: production time line studies, capacity usage studies, product mass flow calculations, etc.
    Standard practices pertaining to engineering calculations, spreadsheets, equipment schedules, standard details, piping methods, and control sequences are utilized as much as possible and incorporated into the project documents.
    * Assist the estimating department in performing complete, accurate, and competitive estimates for the Process systems.
    * Assure customer satisfaction through proper supervision and coordination of project engineering and construction resources.


     

    Maintenance Supervisor

    Refrigeration Supervisor

    Responsible for directing refrigeration mechanics and schedule maintenance. Administer parts management, safety awareness, and PM schedules for the engine room. Will have the ability to assist mechanics as needed, communicate with mechanics and supervisors, train employees through the in-house program using RETA Group.
    Requires IV class RETA Certification, 5 years NH3 experience, HAZMAT training, knowledge of PHAs, SOPs, and PSM; also knowledgeable with OSHA, EPA, USDA, and AIB standards. Will cover all shifts.
    Should be able to troubleshoot and repair chillers, condensers, blast freezers, spiral freezers along with compressors and various support equipment.
