As Plant Manager, you will
be directly responsible for the financial results of the facility and provide
leadership and direction for all aspects of production. Your active duties will
focus on product quality, production yield, control of expenses and effective
use of staffing. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in dairy
manufacturing or engineering with ten years' dairy/food manufacturing or related
experience. Candidates must also possess a strong attention to detail, a high
level of tact and dependability, strong communication skills, strong technical
knowledge in dairy and cheese making, the ability to read and create financial
results (P&L), and knowledge of computer software.

Fluids Supervisor will provide support and communicate production issues within
department and other plant personnel. Ensure quality and quantity of finished
product while maintaining department integrity and standards. Responsibilities
include ensuring that the fluids department runs efficiently and coordinate
corrective and preventive measures with maintenance. Will have knowledge of
GMP's and recalls; minimize product spills going to Waste Water; control the CIP
system and work closely with inspectors to correct any issues in a timely
manner. They must have experience in HTST testing and have knowledge of
production equipment. The incumbent must be able to multi-task in a fast paced
environment.
Qualifications/Education
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Dairy, or equivalent from four year college
or, technical school. Minimum of seven years dairy and supervisory experience
required. Knowledge of dairy processing equipment and membrane technology is
required. Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment,
strong communication abilities in both written and verbal, knowledge in
operating systems Word, Excel, and Maximo, and
basic knowledge in Algebra and
Geometry. HTST and sampling licenses preferred.
